My Fitness is the first of a new breed of clubs providing a new and unique environment for health, fitness, relaxation and rejuvenation of the body, spirit and soul, in our 25 000 square feet floor space.

My Fitness is the first fitness brand that is fully owned by Malaysians. Seeing the numerous mega gyms opening throughout the country, we felt the need to embrace a new concept, which is to improve the physical condition of our bodies; inside and outside.

Thus, we provide the very best equipments, trainers and facilities aimed at training the body and mind to achieve a state of total well being.

We offer more than 65 group fitness classes every week. The amenities include 85 cardio machines, a group exercise studio, a spinning studio and a yoga studio and a large variety of resistance equipment and free weights. Personal trainers are on hand to assist members while yoga instructors have about 10 years of experience in the various styles of yoga. All classes are conducted from early morning till late evening.

In addition, My Fitness provides beauty and spa treatments and services. Members even can enjoy body massage, facial and hydro bath with your loved ones. Moreover, our health food bar serves you with low calories food and drink to make sure you have balance meals consumption.

My Fitness opens Monday to Saturday from 6am to 12am midnight; while 8am to 10pm for Sunday and public holiday. This is for the convenience of members with different lifestyles.
